  • Our board of directors

The Board of Directors formed by representatives of the museum, academic, and wider cultural sector. They present a balanced combination between larger and smaller institutions, along with different areas of expertise. Acting collectively, they ensure the organisation delivers what it was set up to achieve, upholds its values, remains solvent and is properly managed.

Board members are appointed to the board either at a general meeting or through co-option by the board. The membership of the board reflects the ethos of the organisation and they also serve voluntarily on a series of committees and working groups.
