Save the Date: IMA 2024 Annual Conference

We are delighted to announce that our 2024 Annual Conference will take place in Carlow on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th May.

The most significant event for the Irish museum community, the annual conference brings approximately 150 delegates and 30 speakers together for two days each year to a different location across Ireland. For 2024, we are delighted to be hosted by Carlow County Museum and join them in celebrating the 50th year of their founding.

We invite museum professionals, academics, and practitioners from the wider cultural landscape to come together in Carlow to network, share knowledge and expertise, and influence the development of the sector.

Registration will open in early 2024.
