Museums + Heritage Awards 2025

The Museums + Heritage Awards celebrate the very best in the world of museums, galleries, and cultural and heritage visitor attractions.

The Awards are open to all museums, galleries, archives, and cultural and heritage organisations, both digital and in-person. There are free-to-enter categories, paid-for categories, special nomination awards, some that are open to international entries plus one, the Innovation Award, which is geared up to businesses working in this sector.

Entries from everyone are welcomed and encouraged; from individuals and organisations that connect objects, stories and spaces with audiences and people, as well as the individuals, companies and organisations which support their work. Each entry is judged on its own merit and the shortlist frequently features brilliant examples of low-cost, creative projects.

There are free-to-enter categories, paid-for categories, special nomination awards, some that are open to international entries plus one, the Innovation Award, which is geared up to businesses working in this sector.

All categories apply to projects/organisations based in the UK with the exception of the international categories:

• Innovator of the year Award!
• Exhibition of the Year - International
• Best Use of Digital - International
