West Cork Arts Centre

Since its foundation in 1985, West Cork Arts Centre has been a platform for local, national and international artists to present their work accompanied by a high quality creative learning programme, where people of all ages and experience are encouraged to explore a range of arts encounters and engage with top class visual and dance artists, poets and writers, theatre makers and musicians in a variety of ways.

Since moving to its new home in the centre of Skibbereen at the beginning of 2015, Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre has attracted an average of 28,000 people through its doors per year, to explore exhibitions, engage with artists in residence, experience art events and performances of all kinds, and enjoy the facility of a world class venue that places people's interaction with the arts at its heart.

Comprising one, three and five storey interlocking spaces over 10,500 sq ft, Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre is the only purpose-built arts building in the entire county of Cork.
