This webinar explores how to advocate for sustainable change in a way that is great for your organisation. 

Consumer demand for businesses across all industries to “go green” is skyrocketing. But increased demand has led to a rise in greenwashing*.

Sustainability is a nuanced and complex topic, and not always easy for businesses to get right. Even if you don’t mean to, it’s easy to accidentally greenwash and find yourself at the centre of public backlash.

This session will help delegates get their sustainability right, avoid greenwashing and understand their legal obligations when it comes to making eco claims. Plus practical ways to have a positive impact for the planet, in a way that’s good for business too. 

This session will:

  • Help you advocate for sustainable change within your organisation
  • Identify ways to use marketing to encourage sustainable behaviour change
  • Explore the Green Claim Code — including avoiding greenwashing and staying compliant
  • Outline why going green is great for business

In 2018 she was named the UK’s Green & Eco Influencer of the Year, and UK Influencer of the Year again in 2020. Her book “Buy Better Consume Less”, which lifts the lid on greenwashing and shows how consumers can create real environmental change, was published in 2022.
