Safeguarding online events

This 1.5 hour workshop, facilitated by Fardus Sultan, PhD candidate, and lecturer in Marketing, Cyberpsychology and Business Computing in TU Dublin and Trinity Business School, will aim to provide practical guidance on protocols and procedures relating to the safety and protection of children and vulnerable adults. It will inform on how to apply the same principles online as offline and factor in other and new considerations specific to online engagements. 

Held in open-meeting format, it will also provide the opportunity for questions around working with external facilitators and guidance around responsibilities. 

In particular, this workshop will be of interest to those working in online programming of workshops and learning activities.
