This training session is delivered through a partnership with IMA aimed at strengthening the sectors skills in evaluation.

  • Consider evaluation principles and how to embed these into the planning process.
  • Gain tips on how to balance an organisation’s monitoring and evaluation intentions with the requirements of a funder/multiple funders
  • Consider how to conduct process evaluation as well as impact evaluation
  • Have ideas on how to act on findings
  • Leave with links to further resources and tools.
