Interested in museum and gallery learning and community engagment? The annual Irish Museums Association Education and Outreach (E+O) forum will take place on the 5 July 2018 at the Lecture theatre, National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts and History. Please note this event books out so early registration is advised.
From projects that explore working with teenagers to women in direct provision, projects at pilot stage to results of final evaluation, or covering disciplines from archaeology to art, the E+O forum is a key event in the calendar for museum and cultural practitioners and educators to meet and discuss topics of interest to their learning and engagement programmes.
It provides an informal platform to reflect and engage with colleagues and is intended as a place for critical engagement, examination and experimentation of ideas, where a lasting contribution can be made to the development of education in the museum context.
