This two hour training session provides a comprehensive introduction to the development of organisational communications strategies. It is aimed at personnel who are involved in planning their organisation’s external communications and those who engage with organisational stakeholders. It provides a detailed overview of the key components of a communications strategy and sets out a step-by-step approach to its development.

Specifically, the programme covers the following:

  • Why develop a communications strategy?
  • How to develop the strategy? 
  • Communications calendar

 

About the trainer/facilitator: Sebastian Enke is the founder and Managing Director of EnkomPR. A member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII), he holds particular expertise in strategic communications, media relations, digital communications, public affairs and issues management. As founder and MD of Enkom PR, he works with clients across different sectors to develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies and impactful PR campaigns. An experienced trainer, he regularly delivers capacity-building workshops to organisations in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
