Dealing with challenging volunteer behaviour

This interactive learning by Volunteer Ireland, with the opportunity to connect with your peers in the field of volunteer engagement, will look at some of the challenging behaviour that may be present in our volunteer programmes. We will look at why people present difficult behaviour patterns and how we can address them. Through facilitated small group work, scenarios and role‐plays we will review ways that addresses these difficult volunteer behaviours. 

This is a half day workshop from 10:00 to 13:00 with a break in the middle. The training session will be hosted on Zoom, you will be sent details when you register.
