Culture and Heritage workers who identify as working class - join us for a lunchtime meet-up in MoLI, 12.30pm - 2pm, on Monday 13th November.
This 90 minute exploratory gathering is designed for people that work in the culture and heritage sector who identify as working class. We welcome people from all departments and roles within culture and heritage organisations.
If this event isn’t suited to you, perhaps you know someone in your organisation who might be interested - feel free to spread the word, the more the merrier!
What’s our plan?
Our intention is to gauge the appetite for this type of networking space, by offering an in-person informal event, over lunch, with a minimal agenda. The aim is to help us understand the demand, need and wish for such a space.
Jennie Ryan, Head of Learning and Culture at MoLI (Museum of Literature Ireland) will begin with a short presentation sharing her experience within the Culture and Heritage sphere and - following this - the floor will be open for discussion to all participants. During the session, we’ll capture people’s thoughts on the value of this type of specific meet up space, with confidentiality as an ever present principle (in-house rules will apply), and use this exploratory process to inform and shape our next steps.
Your presence and participation will be invaluable in shaping the future of this initiative; we look forward to seeing you there!
How to register?
There is no fee to attend this event but please register on the below form as lunch will be provided and this will allow us to gauge numbers.
