The Irish Museums Association would like to offer Institutional Members and not-for-profit cultural organisations, based in Dublin, the opportunity to promote their museum/gallery or institution, free of charge, to delegates at the IMA's annual conference Museums for Society: Towards a Cultural Democracy.
The conference is taking place on the 26-28 February in Dublin and, while main proceedings will be held at the National Gallery of Ireland, we are keen to shine a spotlight on the city's cultural organisations throughout the duration of this event and, in particular, Sunday 28 February. To this effect, we would be happy to circulate printed promotional materials- such as brochures, inserts, programmes, catalogues - to delegates on your behalf, either as part of the conference packs, at the information desk, or included in a list of suggested highlights.
We anticipate 160 delegates at the conference this year, mostly from across Ireland and the UK, and any brochures or printed materials need to be delivered to The Irish Museums Association, St. Stephen's Green House, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 by Monday, 22 February at the very latest.
This opportunity is being offered free of charge in acknowledgement of the budgetary constraints affecting our sector.
