Louth County Council is looking for a really big Perspex container to provide a controlled environment for the display of a nineteenth century INF banner that they have had conserved. It is 2980mm x 2520mm in area. The banner is very delicate and needs to be in a controlled environment as regards light, temperature and humidity. The conservator has recommended using a big Perspex box for it. Have you any similar experience? Could you suggest a fabricator, costs, supplier? Are there any other solutions or spare cases available?
