The IMA Forum: Education & Outreach 2017 took place on 6 July at the National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts and History, Collins Barracks, Benburb Street, Dublin 7.
Now in its 12th year, the Education and Outreach forum has firmly established itself as a key event in the calendar for museum educators to meet and discuss topics of interest to their programmes. From resources to individual projects, the IMA education and access forum provides an informal platform and learning exchange opportunity to share findings and engage with colleagues working in museums, galleries and cultural institutions. It is intended as a place for critical engagement, examination and experimentation of ideas, where a lasting contribution can be made to the development of education in the museum context.
