The National Trust are seekign to appoint a Visitor Experience Manager, an exciting new role at Giants Causeway that will give the successful applicant the opportunity to lead the strategic direction of the visitor experience at the property. Permanent f/t (37.5 hrs pw), £30,507 pa.
Working with all the teams at the property you will also focus on making sure we are getting the basics right, and ensure that we provide excellent service every time to everyone.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of creative programmes and interpretation in line with the property theme. Working proactively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to enable an engaging visitor experience whilst preserving its Spirit of Place. Striving to find creative ways to engage visitors with the our stories.
You will develop a sustainable strategy for Giants Causeway to continue to renew and refresh the property while appealing to local audiences.
Who we're looking for
As a creative Visitor Experience Manager, you'll have experience leading people and have been responsible for a visitor-focused operation previously. You'll love being a positive role model and are naturally able to inspire people to deliver exceptional customer service, to exceed targets and understand how this funds our cause. So, you'll be;
