National Trust is looking for an inspirational leader to join their senior team as Assistant Director, Consultancy to develop their team of consultants and support and partner their property and regional delivery team in Northern Ireland.

This role will support and ensure that the strategic ambitions of the region are realised through the coordination of long term horizon scanning across the consultancy areas of expertise. Allied to this, is the development and implementation of appropriate supporting plans. In addition, you will drive your team to guide properties to deliver on their own developmental plans, both in terms of day to day business and specific projects.

What you'll be doing

As Assistant Director of Consultancy (ADC), you'll lead and inspire a team of four Consultancy Managers and their consultancy teams who, under your guidance, will deliver the best possible specialist advice and support to the property teams across the Northern Ireland region. An influential and motivational figure for National Trust's Consultancy, you'll provide overarching support and enable them to focus their expertise on areas which will have the greatest impact. You'll be a key member of the regional management team and a real leader in your field, taking on national lead roles where necessary and working closely alongside the Assistant Director Operations and the Country Director.
